ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations have to be submitted through our submission portal (see below). To enter the portal use the same user account as for the registration (if you have already registered). Please remember your user account login and password to access registration and/or abstract submission at a later time.

Authors should indicate their preferred type of presentation (oral or poster) and select topics that describe their contribution. The Programme Committee may decide to change an oral into a poster presentation or - with the author’s agreement - a poster into an oral presentation. Authors will be notified about the committee's decision by (tbd).

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

All attendees must register to attend the conference. Registration has to be done through our registration portal (see below). To enter the portal use the same user account as for the abstract submission (if you have already submitted an abstract). Please remember your user account login and password to access registration and/or abstract submission at a later time.

The registration procedure covers the following steps:

• Create a new user account to enter the registration portal (if you do not have one already)

• Register as participant: select appropriate conference fee

• Contact details: provide name, affiliation, and email address

• Select optional tickets for excursion and conference dinner

• Pay total fee by credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Please check that you receive the conference registration confirmation e-mail.

The conference fee (see below) includes admission to all sessions of ICAM 2023 for the full week. The fee for a single day costs half the full-week fare and has to be paid in cash on-site.

Drinks and snacks during the breaks and admission to the ice-breaker are included in the conference fee. Tickets for the excursion and for the conference dinner on 21.06.2023 are not included but should be selected already during the registration procedure. One extra ticket per regular attendee can be selected for an accompanying person for both excursion and dinner.
